In English, if someone eats a lot we can say ‘he eats like a horse’.

For example:

1. The more one eats like a horse, the more he becomes like a horse.

2. She’s been eating like a horse since she was pregnant.

3. My doctor recommended me not to eat like a horse, because it is not good for health.
